Owen Arthur has lost touch with Barbadian reality! His budget represents too little, too late. But a general election is around the corner and Mr Arthur is looking to secure his legacy — to be the first prime minister to serve four terms. When Barbadians were crying out for the last three years and asking for relief from the high cost of living, escalating land prices and better health care from the problem-plagued Queen Elizabeth, Mr Arthur did not seem to care.
